School management, without the chaos
Pensbase gives every school its own branded portal to run admissions, timetables, attendance, results, and fees — with each school's data fully private, down to the database.
Why we built this
Most schools run the same way: admission forms scattered across spreadsheets, timetables built by hand, report cards typed from scratch every term, fees tracked in a notebook, and parents kept in the dark until report card day. None of that is a school's fault — it's just what happens without one system to hold it all together.
Pensbase exists to be that one system — not six notebooks, three WhatsApp groups, and a filing cabinet, but a single platform every role in the school actually uses, built specifically around how Nigerian schools operate.
Who's behind it
Pensbase.com is developed by OrbisLabs Ltd, a team led by Sulaiman Hamza Abdulwahab, a Computer System Analyst and Designer who designed and supervised implementation of Nasarawa State University's first Computer-Based Examination Portal.
Principles we don't compromise on
Real data isolation
Every school's records are isolated at the database level, not just hidden behind a login screen — one school can never see another's.
Access that matches the role
A Proprietor, Head Teacher, Bursar, Teacher, and Parent each see exactly what their role needs, enforced server-side, not by convention.
No open sign-up
Every staff account is created by invitation from someone above them — nobody grants themselves access.
Fair, transparent pricing
One setup cost, agreed upfront, then a per-student fee based on what a school actually uses. No maintenance fees, no surprises.
